Private 7 stall barn on 9 acres in World Golf Village built to the most recent hurricane standards in 2020 with padded stall mats by Amberway Equine & fans in each stall. Two covered wash racks with fans and hot & cold water. Regulation size dressage arena with GGT footing. Heated & air conditioned tack room with shower, toilet, and washing machine. Feed & hay stored in an air conditioned room. Individual turnout. All disciplines welcome, retired horses welcome. Excellent care with top quality hay (orchard, timothy, alfalfa) and Seminole Wellness grain (or welcome to provide your own). Very nice drama free barn family currently, only the correct horse & owner combinations will be welcome. No kids and no dogs.
