Huge new heated barn, wide concrete aisles, oversized stalls, hot and cold washrack, matted crosstie area, client bathroom, indoor arena, trails, outdoor to be completed Spring '09, polycoated fencing in all turnouts which include run-in sheds. Extremely affordable for the quality of the facility and care! Manager/trainer lives on-site. Training also available, and outside instructors welcome. Prices start at $150 for partial board (owner provides hay/grain bedding, we clean, feed and turnout) and $375 for full board. Possible further discounts for anyone interested in cleaning stalls one or two days a week. Quality horses also available for sale and lease!
