All fences are horse guard and each pasture has a roomy run-in-shed and automatic waterers; grain twice a day and free choice hay during the winter and if needed in the summer. Large all weather outdoor arena with jumps; standard dressage court; a few cross country jumps. 38 acres to hack out including a creek. Dressage and hunt seat instruction offered.
