* 2 grain feedings per day of owner preferred grain
* Quality T&A hay given up to 3x per day
* Airy and fully fanned 12X12 clean stalls with 45’x 25’ optional runouts
* Double Isle barn with LED lights and waterproof fans
* Daily Pasture turnout with owner selected schedule (day or night) *AC Tack Room / lounge with Fridge & Couch * Covered wash rack, feed room, utility room & hay shed
* Private driveway entrance to barn with plenty of parking * Easy access to neighborhood trails right from the barn
* Routine worming
*Stalls Picked out daily
* Daily hoof picking & fly spray * fly spray system coming soon
* Blanketing as necessary (owner provided)
* Fly mask/sheet/bell boots on/off (owner provided)
