WE DO NOT HAVE ANY HIDDEN FEES. We are near numerous trails that you may check out on our site, myopia, indoor riding ring, all day turn out. Full board includes grain, hay, shavings,turn out full access to barn and ring. Storage available for tack. No Hours of operation, night riding is welcome, as well as early AM
