Riding arena available for use. Owner will put on blanket / fly mask, and hold for farrier. Trailer parking included in monthly fee. Air conditioned / heated outdoor restroom. Owners live on premises. 8 minutes from interstate 75. 20 minutes south of Gainesville. 30 minutes north of Ocala. Public riding trails located on the same road. Safe, clean, and secure. You will have access to security cameras to check on horses 24 hours a day.
Also available, RV hook up with electric and water for 40.00 per day, including pasture board for horses. No sewer, dump station is 30 minutes from farm. 14 day limit.
