NEW 70x200 Indoor Arena with dust free textile/sand blend footing, with heated & AC viewing room, WiFi throughout to accommodate security cameras and virtual lessons. 120x200 lighted outdoor arena with jumps. We keep our farm to 11 horses (6 boarders, 5 owned by BCF) total to ensure high standards and individualized care. 35 acres of pasture, run-in sheds, auto-waterers in each stall and fields. 12x12 stalls start at $975. Deluxe stalls also available 12x12 with 12x18 covered walkout on bluestone. Round Pen. Hot/Cold water wash rack with overhead heating element, heated tack room with bathroom. Finished ceilings in barn mean no birds! We pride ourselves on a low drama, fun environment with excellent care (check out our Facebook page (Briar Creek Farm VA), most boarders have been here an average of 6+years. All disciplines welcome, we do everything from H/J & dressage to natural horsemanship, obstacles, working equitation & biomechanics. The focus is on the health, safety and well being of your horse and the FUN small group of boarders we have. We check/change blankets up to 2x daily, check for any injuries/lost shoes/ eye tearing daily. We have several feed options to best suit your horse. We do night checks to ensure horses pass normal manure amounts, and include unlimited hay and shavings. Elevated, covered round bale feeders with hay offered in winter months. Owner/manager has advanced degrees and is highly educated in horse care, stable management and equine medical triage - she has taken on and trained many "first time" horse owners as well as advanced riders so that boarders can travel for their jobs, or just feel at ease that their horse is going to be cared for in an exceptional way.
