Beautiful 30 acre private farm in southern Culpeper County (Raccoon Ford), 3 miles south of Commonwealth Park. One of the farm's fields is dedicated to field boarding with 24 hour access to stalls for shelter. It's a 5 acre field with a 3 stall shed row barn. The barn is not fancy, but it's dry in the cold, wet winter and dark and shady with fans in the hot summer. The barn has a feed/tack room and the field has an automatic waterer. Boarders have access to a dressage riding ring, a round pen, and other amenities (wash stall, bathroom, trailer parking) at the farm's main barn. $400 per month for full-care field board.
