Able to make a round pen, three stalls, hay loft, feed storage, small tack room with fridge. My barn owners have been working on bush hogging and cleaning it up. They are asking 125$ per horse and its self care. I can possibly co-op or I can feed your horses at cost once per day. You provide hay/grain! I think it’s an amazing deal! They take care of the land, provide shelter, water, and a stable environment. Wash rack available also!!
