We offer daily care, unlimited hay, and clean stalls for your horse. We use kiln dried pine shavings for bedding on top of rubber stall mats. We also have a multi horse discount and outdoor riding ring and storage for your use. Free trailer parking. We will be starting a very aggressive fly program this spring. We will be treating all horse feed with Solitude IGR. It is a pass through fly control method . It does NOT kill adult flies, but when eggs are laid in the treated manure the larva do not develop properly and they die. It has been proven safe and effective. So this year All the manure will be a fly attractant/killer. I have small pens near the barn for daily turnout/ even 24/7 when they can't be in the meadows depending on the weather. Enables me to much better manage the meadows. I manage the meadows with first priority being ensuring healthy grass. I will turnout horses on grass as much as possible. However if your horse must be limited on grass that is no problem. We grow our own hay--so I know what I am feeding! However we want all boarders to supply any grain/sweetfeed they want because everybody wants something different. I feed twice daily--even if your horse is out 24/7 they come into their stall for feeding. ensures everybody gets what they are supposed to get and allows me to check each horse twice daily. besides allowing them to bond with me.
