The property includes a mix of pastures secured with Ramm fencing, open acres, and wooded acres. We're a low key, relaxed, no drama barn with 12'x12' matted stalls. There is a large round pen and a grass dressage arena. Obstacles to come shortly. The property has electricity, water, and owner on site. There are several nearby parks with horse trails. Space for one trailer is available. We offer individualized, personal care for your horse the larger barns just don't have the time to give. No extra charge for putting on blankets or fly spray. Located 10 minutes from the James River Bridge. The board is $400.00 per month.
