*We are a 100 acre facility with attached 70x180’ indoor arena with new footing and overhead sprinkler system

*Regulation size outdoor dressage arena

*Two wash stalls with heat lamps

*Climate controlled lounge/viewing area attached to indoor with kitchenette

*We have a sand road for galloping and hill work and miles of trails right on the property

This person would be in charge of their own horses and clients horses. They would be required to pay a stall fee but are welcome to charge your own board at your own price.
Full board could be a possibility in the right situation.

We have a great group of boarders, all disciplines welcome.
