Smaller lot for weight management during heavy grass season. On site hay pasture. We are very close to numerous riding facilities and National Forest trail heads for extensive riding opportunities. Lodging and Camping overnight and day rides allowed on property for out of towners who would like to visit their horses (advance notice required for availability) Trails on property and dirt roads off property to ride. I am an experienced Equine Professional building a new barn. I will only be taking 6 full board horses with stalls. Cell to view your space. Self care or trading out with other boarders. I will be excepting pasture boarding horses. They will have large shaded areas through out the pasture area's as well as a covered run in with fans.
