Dry Creek Ranch / Horse Boarding Farm in Magnolia, Texas
Dry Creek Ranch is a quiet, peaceful boarding facility for adult horses of all ages. We provide 24/7 quality care and supervision for all our equine residents. Located 5 miles south of The Woodlands, near Tomball, Magnolia, and Spring. Owner & full time groom/barn manager live on the property. Two barn checks between 6 p.m. and midnight.
Our main barn has 11 (12x12) matted stalls. We also have a 12-stall, L-shaped shed-row barn. All stalls are deeply bedded, and have 2 large water buckets that are cleaned daily. We feed quality Purina, Nutrena, and Triple Crown pelleted feeds but will provide any feed you choose. We also administer wormers, feed supplements & medications you provide, and blanket your horse at no additional expense. Several veterinarians & certified farriers service our clients’ horses, but you are free to use your own. We offer full board only - no night turnout or trailer parking. Horses are turned out daily from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM except during stormy weather. Our beautiful, grassy pastures all have run-in sheds and are maintained for year-round grazing. We have no dry lots. Both individual and small group turnout is available. Our facility includes:
- A 100 x 200 ft. lighted outdoor arena with new sharp sand footing which eliminates standing water after heavy rain.
- Indoor & outdoor wash racks with hot and cold water
- Two tack rooms
- A 65 ft. covered, lighted, indoor round pen
- Private bathroom facility for our clients’ use
All owners must sign a boarding agreement and provide a current, negative Coggins & up-to-date vaccination records. Any vices or special needs must be disclosed to the ranch owner before the horse can be accepted for boarding. Our current boarding fee is $550.00/month. Clients wilI be notified in advance if a boarding fee increase should become necessary. We request 30 days written notice if you plan to move your horse.
