Small quiet facility with daily turnout weather permitting. Grass turnout 4 hours per day. Stalls/runs are cleaned 7 days a week. Indoor and outdoor arena. House grain of Senior feed provided and included in board, hay provided 5/7 flakes per day. Can bring own grain if necessary, no adjustment on board given. Will put on fly mask's and leg wraps during the summer, blankets put on in the winter. All at no extra charge.
