Forbes Ranch KC, LLC is a premire state of the art horse boarding facility. A brand new, clean facility built in 2014 is nestled on 85 beautiful acres just 15 minutes East of Overland Park, 10 minutes SW of Lee's Summit. The property is enclosed by perimeter fencing and electric entrance gate to ensure protection and security for the horses, but additionally we added a riding trail that encompasses the entire property for our boarders private use. If that is not enough for the trail riding enthusiast , LongView Equestrian Trails entrance is within a 1/2 mile of Forbes Ranch. STALL BOARD INCLUDES:
12 x12 stalls
All stalls have drop down windows and see through partitions on side walls
Exterior stalls have double dutch doors that lead to a private 40' outside run with 8' lean to
Fed 2x's daily, grain and hay
Turnout Mon-Sat weather permitting
3/4' stall mats with ample bedding
Individual stall fans, additionally aisle ceiling fans for ample ventilation
Climate control secured tack room
Heated wash bay
2 cross tie grooming areas

PASTURE BOARD INCLUDES:
50' x 20' pasture barn/ with run in sheds for shelter
Tack room
Frost free automatic waterers
Supplemental hay in the winter
Pasture boarders have access to all amenities i.e arenas, round pen, heated wash bays etc.
5 foot, 5 strand high tensile coated electric fencing. Additional perimeter for added security.
