Self care with 12X12 or 12X24 matted stalls, large turnouts, indoor 60X180 arena, hot water wash area, 15 acres of trails on the property, just 3 miles from the newly opened Chehalem Park trails, trailer parking, mirrors and overhead watering system in sand arena.
