Dagge Dressage / Horse Boarding Farm in Bonita Springs, Florida

Bonita Grande Dressage LLC is located on 5 acres in Bonita Springs, Fl. This prime location is approximately 5 minutes from I-75 and 10 min from the heart of Bonita Springs. With only about a 2 hour drive to Wellington and Tampa this location is ideal for the competitive horse person.
The barn has 9 12*12 stalls. Each stall has a drain system and mats, on
ground and the concrete walls in the perimeter stalls. Divider walls are made
of puck board (the same material that is used in ice skating rings). This board
is soft to the kick but virtually indestructible. Each stall also has an
automatic waterer and fan. The 14 ft. aisle way with big garage door size
openings on both sides and an open copula to the roof’s ventilation system
always great ventilation all year round.
Amenities include an air-conditioned feed and tack room. The feed room has a refrigerator and bathroom. The barn is laid out to withstand 150 MPH, it is equipped with storm shutters or rollup gates on all openings. It is also designed to be fire resistant.
Grass pastures that are maintained and watered year round.
Hay, shavings, tractors and other equipment is stored in a separate 30*30
building.
The dressage arena is standard Olympic Size 60*20 meters. The Nike
footing is ideal for all weather conditions, as it drains well in the summer but
does not dry out in the winter. The far short side of the arena has
approximately 6 ft tall mirrors. The whole arena was an automated sprinklers
system.
At the front of the arena there is a sitting area under a cover gazebo.
Along one of the long side there is sufficient tree coverage from the neighboring property.
