Looking for a dressage trainer to bring in clientele for boarding. We are a lease stables, no boarding provided by lessors. Trainer/manager responsible for clientele and rent payments to lessor. Covered arena, dressage pens, acreage for turn outs, large barn, 15+ stalls ready with potential to obtain more. Family style business. Quite and nice place to have your equine.
