- 9 acres of woods to get out of the arena on, 25 acres total
- USDF Gold, Silver, and Bronze medalist Patrick Tompkins on site as trainer, training packages full and half, as well as lessons available
- limited boarding spots as this is an active dressage training and breeding facility, drama free facility
-Hay 4x a day and Tribute feeds 2x/day. 7 day a week turnout (weather permitting) all day during winter and all night in summer, stall cleaning 7 days a week
