Deluxe boarding facility in a park like setting. Huge oak trees surround the facility with an intoxicating canopy of green. KB Ranch is minutes away from Lake Ray Roberts state parks that provide miles of trails and camping.
The main barn is a concrete 44 stall facility, with huge windows and skylights. 12 x 12 stalls and 12X16 stalls in the main barn. The new show barn has 10 12X16 stalls and 7 10X12 stalls available. Pasture care is also available. All stalls are cleaned twice daily and fresh shavings are added twice a week to keep the stalls bedded deep. Barn aisles are swept morning and evening. We also blanket and un-blanket with the weather and timed lights available if you are hauling show horses. We feed only the best coastal hay, premium alfalfa, and oats crimped fresh daily. We will feed your personal feed or supplements at no extra cost if you supply them.
The covered arena is 125 x 225 (125x150 is covered), with sound and lights and new arena mirrors. We also have two outdoor arenas with excellent footing. The arenas are watered and worked every morning, 7 days a week. Jumps and trail course obstacles are available for use. All horses are turned out daily in either individual turnouts or small groups and a hot walker is available. We have western and dressage and jumping trainers available for lessons or horse training. . We are open 7 days a week, and only ask that our visitors leave by 10 p.m., so the barn can sleep. You are welcome as early as you wish in the morning. We feed at 6 a.m. and groom arena at 7 a.m
Owners live above the main barn so horses receive 24 hr care. We are lifelong horsemen, caring for your horse is not a hobby, it is our life. Kristin has her Bachelors Degree from Texas A&M in Animal Science specializing in equine management, training, and reproduction. Kristin also has years of experience as a large animal Vet Tech.
