Rent: Selfcare Stall(s) Rent, $250 per horse. Horse/Horses will have a stall and pasture in Rockwall, Texas; off of HWY 276 about 5 minutes from Costco.

SELFCARE ONLY – $250 monthly rent, a $200 non-refundable deposit; a very quiet / safe perfect place here in Rockwall, Texas. Our home is on the property. Rent is due at the 1st of each month. Current coggins needed.

Home/property is on a private road, and a very quiet property.

NO STUDS! NO-SMOKING! NO DRINKING ALCOHOL! This is a perfect home for your horses / animals. They will be your full responsibility. This is a great place to call home! There are five stalls within the fully enclosed barn and three stalls in the second barn, a tack room with concrete floors and built in cabinet, counter top, saddle/blanket racks, halter and bridle racks, extra racks for lead lines etc. The property is crossed fenced with gates to sections off as needed.

This is a perfect place for your horse(s)/animals in beautiful Rockwall, Texas.

5 stalls in the first barn
5 stall in the second barn
Black top / gravel driveway
Four +acres for your horses to run around on.

Second barn/shop has a loafing area with hay storage above,
Outside storage for a horse trailer - $50 a month
Outside area to store round bales, and inside area to store square bales

Monthly rent is $250 per horse/animals. Trailer $50 per month. Electric and water (divided per animal), as needed.

We live here on the property at the front, and we are on a private road, no through traffic. It is very quiet, safe and a great place for your animals to live. We do not have specific hours set unless abused. You are welcome to visit/ride as you would like.

Mitchell's feed store within 15 minutes from our home, and Tractor Supply around 15 minutes away. There are many vets nearby. We have one wonderful barn cats "Picasso", we have chickens, one mini-mule "Donut", and four goats. These animal are will not be in your part of the pasture. There is a tack room in front barn, and the back barn has space in the shop area.

We have four pygmy goats (Lottie Da, Bluebonnet, Daisy and Gypsy).

Coggins needed, all animals will need to be de-wormed on a schedule and shot will need to be kept up to date while on property. If you decide that this is the perfect place for your horses/animals, the monthly payment is due on the first day of each month plus water and electricity will be divided as needed per animals. There is hay storage and storage for two trailers. You will need to sign a lease contract, first month’s rent will be due (prorate if moved in during initial month and a deposit of $200 (non-refundable) will be due. Please know that Lease is due on the first day of each month.
