Blanchard Farm's / Horse Boarding Farm in Burlington, North Carolina

We have 5 stalls available for self boarding. The barn features running water, electricity and phone. The stalls are 12'X12' and have rubber matts. There is a small tack room and a hay loft.
You will have access to our 62 acres which feature several pastures which are fenced in and two large ponds, stocked with fish. There are some trails and there is a large round pen area. The entire property is fenced.
WE HAVE TWO HORSES AND WILL BARTER FOR FEEING AND TURNING OURS OUT.
We also have a new apartment for rent. It has one large bedroom, a large full bathroom which includes a washer/dryer. There is a large kitchen with hard wood floors, lots of cabinets and a beautiful view of the front pond and pasture. There is a private 12'x12' deck which over looks the property and barn. The apartment is new, everything is new and in excellent move in condition.

We will rent the apartment, the barn or both. Pet's welcome.
