Amenities Include:
Brand new 9 stall barn where each stall is 12x12 in size and has a small paddock attached. Your horse can go back and forth as he pleases or a guard can be put up so they remain in the stall.
Large concrete wash rack with rubber mat footing
New feed/tack room
Fenced Sand Arena & a
Large pond.
Boarders have riding access on the entire property and surrounding sandy roads.

Lounge/rest area with, full kitchen, full bath, Air Conditioning, and T.V.
24 hour security
Locked Gates
We have a Purina nutritionist who will come out and evaluate your horse at no cost to you!

Full Board includes:
Use if all Amenities
Feed & Hay twice daily
Water and feed buckets cleaned once daily
Group or single turnout
Stall cleaning twice daily
Fly spray
Putting on and removing fly mask
Horses are rinsed (weather permitting) or brushed off after brought in from pasture daily
Full grooming daily including hoof picking
Horse bathing once a week

Partial Board
Feed and Hay Twice daily (provided by horse owner)
Fly Spray once daily (provided by horse owner)
Putting on and removing fly mask
Horse will be turned out in the morning & brought in from pasture in the afternoon.
Stall Cleaning can be provided for extra charge.

The facility is extremely quiet, private, and secluded. It does not have a formal or stiff atmosphere. We provide the best care possible for your horse. The Owner lives on property. We have several trees which creates lots of shady areas for your horse to spend his or her afternoons. Please call only at to make an appointment to come and see our facility.
