•Hot/cold water wash stall
•Matted grooming area

•210x100 lighted outdoor ring with updated footing and a full course of jumps.
•Group and individual turn out options.
•Customizable feeding plans including timothy/alfalfa hay, Pennfields, Purina, Nutrena, Progressive and Blue Seal brand feeds.
•Two daily feedings of grain and hay
•All blanket changing
•Fly spray applied twice daily in summer months
•Will put on/off boots, flysheets, flymasks for turnout
•Holding for vet and farrier, use the farms, or pick your own.
•Once daily feet picking and leg check when brought in from field.
