We own a 36 acre 1st class equine facility just outside Dayton Ohio. It has been built from scratch with the horses well being the main factor. All the horses have their own matted stall with access to water 24/7. They have a light to help their owners see @ night and a roof over their head to store some supplies. Their feed is in a colic proof container in front of their stall and supplies can be stored in a heated tack room. The horses have their own turn-out lot with a water spigot or can go into a group lot. If weather is bad they can go out to stretch in a mud-lot. They can be work, trained, or enjoyed in our 60' round pen, 60' X 120' Indoor arena, 1/2 mile exercise track, or on a near-by trail. If your horse needs to be cooled down or just needs cleaned up use our horse wash house to do so. We nor the horses like bugs(Flys & mosquito) so keep fly preditor's and Purple Martins here to keep the bugs at bay. We also have NO MANURE pile because we spread it on vacent land. It was started in 2000 from an overgrown run down farm. We moved the first 30' x 48' 8 stall barn and erected it on the farm. We had the shell of the second 36' x 72' 12 stall erected by "Walters Builders". We put in the stalls, water, and electric. Next we had Walters Builders" erect a 60' x 120' Indoor Arena. We also installed a 1/2 mile Exercise Track to practice what ever you and your horse need. The original farm has been completely fenced for security. We fenced individual turnout lots and group turnout lots. This perimeter fence has an electronic gate at the street to keep the horses in. We Love Trail Riding all over the state of Ohio!
