Wash areas. Owners live right on property and are generally there 24/7. Riding lessons and clinics available. both Owners are current 2021/22 ARHA (American Ranch Horse Assoc) judges specializing in all ranch classes including cattle classes, cattle on site 9 months a year and available for lessons on cattle.
