Basic First Aid for Equines / Horse Camp in Sycamore, Illinois

Teach basic first aid for horses. Topics covered include basic horse health: taking vitals, bandaging techniques and proper weight measurements. Also discussed are common horse health ailments. Day long class, starts around 9:00am and ends about 4:00pm. Morning snacks, water and lunch are provided by me, as well as an afternoon treat. Attendees take home a manual and a certificate of completion. Barns who host and have 10 or more participants can earn a free spot. Total course fee is $159. A $50 deposit saves your place and goes toward the total fee.
