RockMeadow Equestrian Center Summer Camps / Horse Camp in Seattle, Washington

RockMeadow Equestrian Center is proud to present our Summer Camps! Campers will learn all about safety around horses, how to lead a horse, how to groom a horse and saddle up, and, of course, ride! Half of each day will be spent with the horses and each camper will have a riding lesson during that time. They will learn how to properly get on and off a horse, how to keep their balance on a horse, how to stop and steer, and other fundamental skills of English-style riding. They will also learn basic horsemanship and how to care for a horse. At the end of every week, they will participate in a Camp Horse Show to show of their skills — we encourage family and friends to attend!

Sessions are Monday-Friday throughout the summer. Our first session begins June 22nd, 2020. Our facility is situated on 10 beautiful acres surrounded by over 100 acres of pasture, wetlands, and trails. We are located less than 20 miles from downtown Seattle, off I-90 on the Sammamish plateau. We offer Horseback Riding Summer Camp Programs run Monday - Friday throughout the Summer. Camps begin June 22, 2020. We welcome campers ages 6-12 to come learn all about horses and horseback riding!
