I graduated from Midwest Horseshoeing School in December 2006. Then I completed a 3 year apprenticeship. Now I have 18 years experience under my belt. I can honestly say "I still love my job."
I invest a lot of time continuing my education. Whether your horse is a multiple world champion or he has only been trained to eat & be beautiful, I will trim them all with the highest standard. I advocate for horses to be allowed to remain barefoot, but sometimes shoes are necessary. I have shoed hundreds of horses, from basic keg shoes to building an elaborate stacked toe weight shoe package for upper level Saddlebreds.
Older horses may take a little longer time to trim & I respect that fact. It's imperative to be patient when trimming young horses or horses that have been mistreated in the past.
$40 per trim
$ extra for draft breeds
