Our goal at Castle French Farm is to introduce people to horses. In educating you about these amazing animals, we hope to inspire respect, admiration and passion for the sport and recreation of horseback riding. While taking lessons at Castle French Farm, you will receive outstanding goal oriented instruction and personal attention in your quest to learn about horses. We teach the American system of forward riding and encourage students from all levels ages 7 and up to learn and develop their own personal horsemanship skills. If you or your child has never touched a horse, but is horse crazy, we can help you/them gain the confidence and skill-set required to safely handle them. If you or your child is experienced, we have well-schooled horses and to meet the challenge of your/their continued riding and horsemanship growth. An Evaluation Lesson is required for each new student. The evaluation lesson serves as an introduction to our riding program. In this lesson, an instructor can assess the student's riding abilities, allowing the rider to be placed in an appropriate skill level. Following the evaluation, the instructor will discuss the student's abilities, needs, and goals, and establish a personalized riding program. Welcome to Spurling’s Hidden Treasures Riding Academy! You’re new home for horseback riding lessons for adults and children ages 6 and up! I was the original horseback riding instructor of Gallberry Stables in Hope Mills, NC and have moved to my own facility with a new name!

My name is Tiffany Spurling and I have been riding Horses for over 22 years and training horses and riders alike for the better part of 14 years now. Throughout that time I have acquired my own horses that are very good with the most beginner riders to the most advanced riders.

I offer my services to beginners through advanced. I have taught many riding styles such as Western Pleasure, Barrel Racing, Pole Bending, other Speed/Fun Events, Hunter/Jumper, Show Jumping, Cross-Country/ Eventing, Equitation, and Dressage. HAUL INS FOR LESSONS ARE WELCOME!

I do not claim to be a "certified" trainer, however, I have had many people tell me they have learned more in one lesson with me than they have in a year with a "certified" trainer. In the horseworld, just because one is certified does not mean they are the most knowledgeable. Most good trainers have had a lot of experience and never think they are too old or advanced to learn something new.

I have also worked under and trained horses with Cutting Horse Champion Jerry King. However, I do not offer cutting lessons. I learned from him how to start a horse from the ground up and how to train problem horses as well with great success.

We participate in local shows and take part in events at the Carolina Horse Park and many other show venues. We have a very family friendly environment so come join us in the equestrian experience!

Equestrian Arts Institute is a true equestrian educational experience. We not only educate our riders how to ride, we always incorporate horsemanship educational opportunities. The student start at Rider 1, and will work to achieve their Rider 4 certification. Each student will learn and practice the skills necessary to graduate to the next level.
