L'Ambaince Farm is an exceptional and beautiful lesson, training and full care boarding facility. We are a family friendly equine facility where everyone is always welcome! We specialize in saddle seat riding to riders of all ages and abilities. (Not sure if your up to riding? We also give driving lessons too!) We cater to riders who just want to have fun all the way to those who aspire to become a champion! Lessons are $35 for a half an hour riding lesson. Lessons are not required to groom and tack up but are encouraged to come 15-20 minutes early to learn how to do so. All the current students love to groom and tack up! We offer group and private lessons. Students and horses are matched up for a safe, fun, and educational lesson. We have an huge enclosed indoor and enclosed outdoor area for year round riding. We also have a small enclosed arena at one end of the barn where the beginner lessons are always started. Beginner lessons are private until the rider feels comfortable and has mastered good control. There is a air-conditioned and heated lounge where everyone can hang out! There is also a viewing room to watch lessons in. We also have "Fun days" where all the students are welcome to come and bring a friend and we learn more about horses. Year-Round Lesson Program at Camp Kern!

Just when you thought Camp Kern was just for summer camp and school groups! Circle K Ranch, located at Camp Kern, has a fun, safe, educational, and progressive lesson program that is offered all year long. Our instructors are patient and knowledgeable and will help students of all ages achieve their horseback riding and horsemanship goals.

Lessons are offered in English, Western, Dressage, and Jumping, with a strong emphasis on good horsemanship, horse care, and sportsmanship. Students spend most of their lesson time on horseback, but will also participate in ground lessons on topics such as; grooming, tacking, leading, lunging, horse first aid, horse terms, barn management, and more!

With more then 50 horses and many different instructors there you can come to learn anything you want! We are a fit for students of all dispositions and experience level!

Schedule & Rates

Scheduling is flexible and lessons are offered most weekday evenings as well as Sunday afternoons. Lesson times last for 1 hour, and students should plan to arrive to lessons 15 minutes early to start grooming and tacking their horses. Students should allow about 10 minutes after the lesson to un-tack, groom, and turn their horse out.
