At Shea Rose Farm, faithfully serving the Marvin/Waxhaw area for 30 years, we strive to provide a comprehensive equestrian program to develop confidence, competence, and compassion in our students. Our lessons include ring and trail riding, jumping, dressage, driving, drill team, vaulting (gymnastics on horses- our competitive vaulting team is NC first team, started 25 years ago), ground work, and games. We take trips with our horses to the mountains, beach, and even fox hunting in Aiken. We are not a traditional show barn but we do have students who compete in US Pony Club, competitive trail rides, and our vaulting competitions. We also host international trail rides. CHA certified instructor training is also available. In the summer, we host camps at the farm as well as week long trips to the mountains and the international destinations.
