Jansal Saddlebreds is currently offering saddleseat riding lessons to the public. Lessons are $25 for 30 minutes of riding time for individual lessons, and $25 for group lessons that are 45 minutes of riding time. Head Instructor is certified with the American Riding Instructors Association (ARIA - Level 2). We also offer driving lessons for those who may not be able to ride, or just don't wish to get on one! Heart Centered Horsemanship is a method of training developed to provide mutual benefit to horses and humans. Techniques include relationship building, hands-on techniques to release tension and improve comfort and ease of movement, groundwork to develop connection and communication, adapted yoga practices, and riding to provide maximum benefit to horse and rider. Stacey Carter has over 25 years of experience riding, training, and competing. She has extensive experience starting young horses, rehabilitating "problem" horses, and working with rescues. She is a PATH Certified Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning and Registered Yoga Instructor. The Heart Centered Horsemanship Method has been incorporated into therapeutic programs and is the basis for Healing Connections at Midnight's Promise Equine Rescue, a weekly group that supports mutual healing for horses and humans. She teaches riders from the ground up in a holistic program that emphasizes safety, mindfulness, animal welfare, and having fun while developing skills that enhance all areas of life.

Currently accepting Intermediate/advanced students only - this means riders that are able to walk, trot, canter, and catch/tack up their own horses. We have a dynamic space on an 11 acre farm with a talented, diversified, animated, entertaining instructor, specializing in teaching fun, exciting lessons to established equestrians. Come ride in a beautiful area with woods, trails, giant open fields, on wonderful horses. We have loads of cross country jumps, hills, wide open spaces, lots of fun!!

Lessons are $80 each, small group lessons with up to 5 riders. We do accept haul-in lessons if you want to bring your own horse.

I have had the best training from all over the world since I was 4. I love being able to share the great training I've had with others. I am very big on the fundamentals of riding (flat work, flat work, flat work) I enjoy teaching students the importance of flat work, then watching my students develop their technique while improving their horse in every aspect. I am best training intermediate riders (of any age) up to the advanced (Grand Prix/Professional) level. I excelled showing/training in the hunters & Eq. as well as the jumpers. I started competing in at the Grand Prix level when I was 16 (right before Young Riders) In 2006 I represented the US in Europe on the Global Champions Tour. I would really love to help any rider that simply just loves to ride/show to a rider that is striving to be a professional one day soon.
I can also help with any horse training from breaking young horses to a top level show horse.
