I have been riding since I was 9 years old, starting out as a hunter/jumper and competing in both local and “A” rated shows. I attended the University of New Hampshire where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Equine Science. At college I concentrated on dressage and combined training (eventing), and received my teaching certification. I have experience as a barn manager, was a volunteer for therapeutic riding, and was recently a local show judge in Lee County, FL. Megan Smith is currently working on her USDF (United States Dressage Federation) T-2 Instructor Certification and has competed successfully though 4th Level Dressage. From 2002 to 2006 Megan was an assistant manager and trainer for FEI "O" Judge, and current Olympic Team Dressage Coach, Anne Gribbons.
