We offer Horse Riding Lessons or Basic Horsemanship. Riding sessions and packages available for children and adults! We have a indoor and outdoor arena so we can do lessons in all weather.

Located in Vermilion, OH. I am a University of Findlay graduate holding 2 Bachelors Degrees in Equine Business Management and Western Equestrian Studies offering riding lessons, training, show coaching and 4H help in the areas of Lorain, Huron and Erie counties of Ohio. Instruction is available for all ages of riders, with a focus on building a solid horsemanship foundation in both beginners and advanced riders. My students and clients compete in hunter under saddle, western pleasure, showmanship, horsemanship and equitation. We primarily show on the Quarter Horse show circuits, as well as local open shows. We are a small, family owned, family and faith oriented farm with a close knit staff and volunteers who are here because they love horses and people. Our classes are small (mostly one on one with an instructor), resulting in close personal attention during lessons. I have over ten years experience riding, including a period of employment as a trail guide. Lessons would be at your home/or boarding facility on your own horse. I do have a lesson horse available if needed. I showed western pleasure in 4-h, have some experience in cutting, reining and mounted shooting. Lessons are $25/hour with discounts for purchasing packages.

Training:I do not finish horses but I can help solve some problems you may be having. In addition I really enjoy working with weanlings and yearlings groundwork etc. I will come to you if you have a round pen or you can board your horse(s) where I keep my own. I charge $1=100 /week plus mileage. Off site or $50/week + board if you choose to do that.

Includes a ride/working with your horse 5 days a week for 1-2 hours
I will also offer specialized services such as stall cleaning, barn upkeep, feeding, horse/house/pet sitting ($15/hour) and excercise riding ($20/hour)

Sherri is a high honors graduate of Kent State University with Bachelor of Science degree in teaching. She currently runs one of the largest horse 4-H clubs in the county. She has a passion for instruction. Her love for horses and the children that ride them is evident in her training. She offers comprehensive instruction both on and off the horse to prepare her students both children and adults for the show ring if desired. She teaches both typically developing and special needs students.
