North Star Stables is an inclusive riding facility offering riding lessons for people of all abilities. Instructor Teresa Pilegaard teaches with a foundation of classical dressage and focuses on adapting her teaching style to the needs of each individual rider. A PATH International IT, Teresa constantly pursues excellence in her riding and instructing.

Riding lessons are available for students age 2 - adult. Therapeutic riding lessons are available to students age 4 and up.

Four Winds Farm is now offering public riding lessons, both english AND western, for all ages and levels of riders in a family orientated, fun and safe environment!

We offer year round lessons. Students ride once a week, but additional lessons are available. Each lesson is 1 hour. We offer three options; private lessons, semi-private lessons and group lessons (up to 6 riders) morning, afternoon, weeknight and weekend classes are available

We have both indoor and outdoor arenas, lessons are rarely canceled due to weather.

FWF has a great group of horses and ponies for our lessons! Most of them are also available to lease (half or full) depending on the horse.

Our instructors have a very wide background of knowledge and experience in hunters, jumpers, eventing, dressage, western pleasure and much more!

Enjoy and learn all aspects of the horse world, from the basics of horsemanship, such as grooming and tacking, every day care like feeding and barn management,from training to showing and so much more!

Four Winds Farm is the "host facility" for the Prince William Horse Association horse shows. We host 7 english and 7 western shows each season (usually march thru October) and we encourage our students to participate in the shows on one of our horses! There are classes for ALL levels from the Lead Line division on up!

Hard hat, pants and boots with a hard smooth sole and a heel must be worn while riding.

Offering outstanding training and backing of young horses, retraining for new disciplines, and difficult/problem horses. Certified IAES instructor/trainer and USPC graduate with over 15 years experience. Teaching children and adults of all ages and levels on my horse or yours. We are a friendly, safety oriented barn with well trained, experienced horses. All lessons are spent 100% in the saddle. Charlotte Williams is an experienced hunter/jumper/event rider currently specializing in jumpers and eventing. Her objective is to give both horses and riders a solid foundation that they can take to any equine discipline of their choosing or to just enjoy the horses to the best of their abilities. There is a huge focus in both riding and horsemanship on the ground. Working and riding the horses is not just about the saddle time but also the time on the ground to give a solid foundation in all aspects for the horse and the rider. She has brought several horses up from the ground to being successful show horses. While she enjoys showing and producing horses to a high level, her passion is teaching and sharing her love of horses with others. She accepts all students of all ages and levels.
