The lesson program is geared to teaching students the correct hunter seat position and aides to achieve the best out of their horse. Lessons are available on your own horse or one of the horses or ponies owned by Redmont Farm.

Swift Creek School of Equitation has been in practice since 1978, offering a convenient location with a great facility and accredited staff which includes, Jessie Clise Lohr (owner/trainer), Molly Alaimo and Ashley Smoral. Our riding program is designed for beginner riders up through advanced levels, ages 5 and up. The main goals are horsemanship, exercise and fun for all ages and abilities. Our riders continue to succeed at mini shows, local shows and USEF national shows. We are also the organizers of The Central Virginia Show Jumping Association. We offer group and private lessons, boarding, training, and leasing. Our facilities include two lighted outdoor arenas, an indoor arena, a grass jumper field, and access to trails. Our lesson program offers private or group lessons at reasonable rates with sibling and referral discounts! Endless Trails Stable provides a safe learning environment for beginner and intermediate riders. Weekly group lessons with other riders at the same level. Lessons/training available at your home in the Augusta County area or trailer to my home to use my 100x200 riding ring, the schooling jump trail that winds through hills and woods, or the many trails for riding in the George Washington National Forest.

I have 40 years experience teaching dressage, hunt seat, Western, Eventing/Cross Country/Foxhunting and trail skills. I also teach Orienteering by horseback.

Templar Farm LLC is committed to training both horse and rider, of all levels, to their top potential. We offer both dressage instruction, as well as hunter/jumper. Our experienced trainers work with students just starting out, to advanced students looking to compete on the rated circuit. The premiere facility features 100’ x 200’ outdoor arena, 168’ x 65’ indoor arena with dust free footing and viewing area, and climate controlled lounge. Beginner through advanced lesson horses are available and haul- in’s are welcome.
