Four Winds Farm is now offering public riding lessons, both english AND western, for all ages and levels of riders in a family orientated, fun and safe environment!

We offer year round lessons. Students ride once a week, but additional lessons are available. Each lesson is 1 hour. We offer three options; private lessons, semi-private lessons and group lessons (up to 6 riders) morning, afternoon, weeknight and weekend classes are available

We have both indoor and outdoor arenas, lessons are rarely canceled due to weather.

FWF has a great group of horses and ponies for our lessons! Most of them are also available to lease (half or full) depending on the horse.

Our instructors have a very wide background of knowledge and experience in hunters, jumpers, eventing, dressage, western pleasure and much more!

Enjoy and learn all aspects of the horse world, from the basics of horsemanship, such as grooming and tacking, every day care like feeding and barn management,from training to showing and so much more!

Four Winds Farm is the "host facility" for the Prince William Horse Association horse shows. We host 7 english and 7 western shows each season (usually march thru October) and we encourage our students to participate in the shows on one of our horses! There are classes for ALL levels from the Lead Line division on up!

Hard hat, pants and boots with a hard smooth sole and a heel must be worn while riding.

Brentsville Stables, located in Prince William County. Virginia, is a family owned and operated equestrian facility. We specialize in English riding lessons for all ages and levels, primarily focused on beginning and intermediate riders. We offer an instructional program which includes English pleasure, hunt seat equitation, and jumping. Our riders learn in 45 minute private lessons for $55 and semi private lessons for $50 a rider. We offer quality instruction on our horse or yours, in both the hunter and jumper disciplines, and coaching from the local through the A levels of competition. We start young horses and give them a good foundation, and "de-programming" ex-racehorses is our specialty. Couderay Springs Farm offers horseback riding lessons for all ages and all levels of riders. We specialize in well rounded English lessons that are safe, fun, and educational. Our goal is to teach the rider to become a partner with their horse and fully understand him at all levels. We provide individual and small group (2-3 people) lessons and have an excellent crew of lesson horses of varying abilities. Charlotte Williams is an experienced hunter/jumper/event rider currently specializing in jumpers and eventing. Her objective is to give both horses and riders a solid foundation that they can take to any equine discipline of their choosing or to just enjoy the horses to the best of their abilities. There is a huge focus in both riding and horsemanship on the ground. Working and riding the horses is not just about the saddle time but also the time on the ground to give a solid foundation in all aspects for the horse and the rider. She has brought several horses up from the ground to being successful show horses. While she enjoys showing and producing horses to a high level, her passion is teaching and sharing her love of horses with others. She accepts all students of all ages and levels.
