Silver Shoe Farm in Rowley MA is a premier horseback riding facility that offers boarding and lessons, specializing in Jumping. Our Director and Head Instructor, Roger, has 45+ years of experience. Having competed in national and international show jumping competitions, Roger has won numerous championship titles throughout the years. He welcomes riders of all ages and levels of experience to help them achieve their horseback riding goals; whether you are just starting to ride or are ready to compete on higher levels, Roger is able to help. We have wonderful lesson horses that you can ride, or you could choose to lease one of our horses or ride your own. We participate in multiple events as well, including trail rides, beach rides, show jumping competitions, hunter paces and more! Kingsway Farm is a competitive hunter/jumper training facility dedicated to the the happiness, comfort and well being of its equine athletes. The farm offers instruction from beginners to advanced and has a program for everyone.

Riding lessons start on the ground first. Horsemanship lesson required first Introductory price of $65.00 hr. I make these lessons FUN! $85.00 for a private hour. I believe you should learn how to communicate effectively before climbing in the saddle. Earning the respect of your horse through groundwork techniques is essential to having clear communication and respect while mounted. My horse's are NOT your typical school horses, they are my personal well trained riding horses. I have miles of trails right out back. $50.00 for 1/2 hour available for children age 5-10 years old. Beginner or advanced rider you WILL learn safety tips that you were never taught! How many times have you heard "I rode once, the horse took off..... never rode again".
