Cara specializes in teaching remotely for dressage enthusiasts near and far. She creates a program curated to each horse and rider’s specific needs including ground work, proper basics and biomechanics and the fundamentals of classical dressage. Lessons are fun, education packed and rewarding. She hosts virtual dressage shows and ride-a-tests for all to join. Cara also has a private group for her students with extra training tips, equestrian yoga and a sense of barn family community.

Cara is a USDF Gold, Silver and Bronze Medalist, Multiple Regional and National Champion and USDF L Program graduate. Cara is a certified professional life coach through UCF. She is also certified in yoga, breath work, mindfulness and meditation so that she can better help students with their nerves, confidence and biomechanics.

I attended the University of New Hampshire where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Equine Science. At college I concentrated on dressage and combined training (eventing), and received my teaching certification.
