No Dust World Colt Starting Challenge
Dennis Reis and his top instructors will be starting horses that have never had a saddle on and never have been ridden! Come watch as they challenge themselves to start these horses utilizing the technique of Dennis Reis Universal Horsemanship. From the Round Pen to an exciting challenge course on Sunday, watching these horses getting prepared and witnessing their very first ride will be fun, motivating and exciting!
Team No Dust World Challenge
Watch Reis students of all disciplines and skill levels showcase their incredible relationships with their horses as they maneuver their way through exciting challenge courses. They will be competing in Round Pen, Ground school, Brideless Riding and Refined Riding.
This event also includes Dennis and Deborah Reis sharing their love and knowledge of horses through:
Ground School at liberty, Learning to have an independent seat, Herd Dynamics, The Big Red Ball, Building confidence, Trailer Loading, California Reinsman traditions and much more.

Stay in the Saddle teaches basic western horsemanship and riding lessons both in one-on-one lessons and through instructional materials. The focus of these lessons is to achieve the Four C's of riding: Comfort, Communication, Control and Confidence. We believe that a rider must first accomplish the basics if they ever want to succeed in the saddle. Safety is a must and only gentle ranch horses are used.

Located in Noble, Oklahoma (just SE of Norman) this English riding/horse boarding facility is 30 miles SE of Oklahoma City and only 15 minutes from the University of Oklahoma. English riding instruction is offered for those interested in learning riding basics or honing their dressage, eventing or jumping skills. Riding lessons for adults and children ages 8 years old and up are scheduled year-round during the week and on weekends. Short Stirrup classes are offered for children ages 3-7 years old. The facility has cross country jumps, an indoor arena, and offers stall and pasture board. Four schooling horse shows are held a year (two dressage/combined tests and two Raise the Bar Hunter/Jumper shows). Gallery Farm has a very active junior team that raises funds so members can attend clinics and shows. Instructor is co-leader of Cleveland County 4-H Horse Club-The Trailblazers.

Only Private lessons are given to those starting out, beginning with lunge line lessons (instructor has the horse on a long line and the horse goes around in a circle with the instructor having control of hte speed and direction of horse). This improves the rider's balance, strength, coordination before having to control the horse. For a beginner, this is the best way to start so that the rider can concentrate on the correct riding position instead of worrying about how to turn or stop their horse. It is the safest position for a beginner rider. It builds confidence early so the rider progresses to the next level quickly. Riders are gradually weaned off the lunge lessons as the rider improves.

Concentrating on heels down will not be the main focus of the lessons but overall correct body position to enable the rider to learn to effectively communicate with the horse and to control his/her balance which is a major influence on the horse. Through the use of figures, cones, poles, obstacles or controlled trail riding, my students learn to control their horse's body position and gait. Creating a "Confident, Effective Rider" as well as a "Thinking and Feeling" Rider is the basis of my program. Students learn to feel their horse as a partner, not just sitting on top, being a passenger oblivous to what is going on underneath them.
