Services include boarding, training hunters/jumpers, public riding lessons, showing on USHJA/USEF "A" circuit and local OPHA schooling shows, and horse sales and leasing. Our professional is Heather Froehlich. Heather is a second generation horse trainer with 15 years teaching and training experience already at the age of 28. She has extensive experience in hunters, jumpers, equitation, dressage and horse health care. Heather has very successfully shown at Regional A rated shows qualifying for nationals 6 consecutive years as a child rider as well as qualifying numerous students for finals as well.
Heather has trained with a variety of professional trainers including Lynn Cartellone, Jeff Gogul, Farra Phillips-Hillyard and John Roper. She has also attended numerous clinics, studying the concepts of George Morris, Susan Harris, Felicitous, and Frank Madden. From 2006 - 2008 she spent in Central Pennsylvania training horses and riders of all levels including serving as assistant coach for the Bucknell Equestrian Team.
Heathers is an experienced and enthusiastic trainer dedicated to producing well-rounded, effective and confident equestrians. Anyone who works with Heather comes to appreciate the one on one attention given to both the horse and rider and the attention to details. Heather has attained a high skill level of riding and is able to school or re-school the greenest of horses. We teach all ages and levels of hunter, jumper and hunt-seat equitation riding and will help you reach your specific riding goals while learning invaluable horsemanship skills.
Our trainer and students attend shows and clinics in order to keep current on the latest riding techniques.

Instructors are CHA and or CCHI certified. We teach from all four levels. Trail riding is available Tuesday through Sunday and closed Mondays except holidays. Homeschool and Afterschool riding lessons are offered in the spring and fall.

Located in Vermilion, OH. I am a University of Findlay graduate holding 2 Bachelors Degrees in Equine Business Management and Western Equestrian Studies offering riding lessons, training, show coaching and 4H help in the areas of Lorain, Huron and Erie counties of Ohio. Instruction is available for all ages of riders, with a focus on building a solid horsemanship foundation in both beginners and advanced riders. My students and clients compete in hunter under saddle, western pleasure, showmanship, horsemanship and equitation. We primarily show on the Quarter Horse show circuits, as well as local open shows. I have coached riders to multiple National qualifications and top tens. We are also recruiting new riders for our Youth Equestrian Development Association Team for riders in 4th -12th grade.
