Autumn Sun Stables is family owned and operated horseback riding facility specializing in riding lessons, boarding, training, sales, camps, parties, and more. We specialize in English riding, but also offer Western riding as well. Disciplines we cover include hunters, jumpers, eventing, dressage, western pleasure, trail, and overall equitation. We have over 30 acres, a beautiful outdoor arena, a round pen, cross country jumps, stadium jumps, and trails. Our riding lessons cover all that goes into riding including grooming, tacking up, riding both in an arena and outside, lunging, washing horses, cleaning tack, feeding and caring for horses, and much more. Our academy is based on a structured program that has proven and applied itself for the past 30+ years. We called it EQUES rider. This program is based on level. The student start at Rider 1, and will work to achieve their Rider 4 certification. Each student will learn and practice the skills necessary to graduate to the next level.
Our mission is to teach our riders to become better horsemen and horsewomen. Horse care, proper body position, safety around horses and body control are some examples of what our program teaches. Each Student will learn and apply important skills that can be used in any discipline they would like to pursue.
EQUES Academy will concentrate their program on building skillful and mindful riders, using the wide range of skills and techniques that they will practice during their lessons.

I instruct riding lessons in Hunter/Jumpers and Eventing up to Beginner/Novice. I also teach the basics of riding and horse care for anyone curious about horses. I am fully capable and able to teach students ranging from beginners up to intermediate riders. Most instruction will take place at Rolling Hill Ranch on Marks Road; a very safe and secure location for riding. I have over two years of experience in preparing students for various level of horse showing and I have been participating in competition riding for 12 years.
