Amanda's first horse, a wild mustang, inspired her to start on a journey to become the best horseman she could possibly be for him. A horse-lover since childhood, she is dedicated to the study of horse behavior, horse psychology, and advanced horsemanship. She has trained and competed in multiple disciplines and has developed a love of cross-training to showcase the versatility of well-rounded horses. She thrives on helping her students learn to build a relationship with horses through respect, trust, understanding and connection and her lesson program operates on a foundation of horsemanship-focused communication between horse and rider. Learn how to build a good relationship with horses. We are a fun and friendly place that teaches all aspects of horses and horsemanship. We have an indoor and outdoor arena and roundpen, and acres of trails. Lessons from beginner to advanced. Our horses are experienced lesson, show, and trail horses. Our students range in ages from preschool to senior citizen. Our students range in skill levels from having never touched a horse to advanced riders and are from all walks of life. We give individual lessons starting from the ground up that advance at a pace that each student is comfortable with yet builds and expands on confidence, skills and knowledge with every lesson. We teach in many areas including basics for beginners, grooming, groundwork, horsemanship, showing, western, western pleasure, showmanship, halter, english, performance events, reining, cattle events, barrel racing, all other gaming events, trail riding and river riding, how to start a horse under saddle, and more. Our students also have the opportunity to show in 4H, Open Shows, WSCA, Breed Shows, Ranch Shows, and Barrel Jackpots. We offer holistic services for both horse and student.
