Gateway Farm is primarily a Dressage and Eventing barn although we welcome all riding disciplines at our facility. Our facility includes a main barn with oversized box stalls and box stalls with paddocks, a mare and foaling barn with video monitoring, small and large individual pastures, and open group pastures with shelters.  We have separate pastures for weanling foals, yearlings, mares and geldings, and retirees.  We maintain a large outdoor arena with sand footing and a complete set of jumps, a covered arena with combination Nike/sand footing, lights, and mirrors, a dressage arena, a large round pen, and a cross-country course with a gallop track.  Private, semi-private and group lessons on your own horse or one of our well trained lesson horses are offered, and we are also affiliated with the Liberty Oaks Pony Club.  There is easy access to trails.... New Zealander Marguerite Barrier works with all skill levels, from beginning through advanced, and will take all ages of riders, from four year olds through adult. Marguerite specializes in introducing mature adults with no riding experience to horsemanship in an organized and safe fashion. She welcomes any student who demonstrates a commitment to excellence in the hunter/jumper and general equitation disciplines.

Marguerite offers training and lessons on a beautiful 20 acre ranch in Briones, California, just minutes from Highways 24 and 80 in the Bay Area.

The facility offers

* a large outdoor jumping arena,
* indoor arena,
* round pen,
* turn-out pasture for daily turn-outs,
* stalls with runs, and
* box stalls.

Lesson horses available for all skill levels. Horses are also available for sale or lease.

Training is $350 per month, which includes lessons; horse board is $300 per month in pasture, stalls are $500 - $600 per month. If your horse is not in training, group lessons are $50 per hour; private lessons are $50 per half hour, $100 per hour.
