Mountain Breeze Stables has been operating since 2003. We are located 6 miles west of Marietta Square in West Cobb near the intersection of Barrett Parkway (East-West Connector) and Dallas Highway (120). 4 miles from Kennesaw Mountain with 16 miles of trails.

We have 12 acres with a large pasture and two separate paddocks. Individual turnout is not available. Newly graded for drainage issues. All fences are new RAMM Flex Fence. All areas of the property are fenced in with a Ghost automatic gate for security. We have 12x12 stalls with Stall Saver mats installed in 2020. The stalls are kept full of shavings. We have an indoor wash rack with hot and cold water, a large round pen, and a lit riding arena with a new covered viewing deck. The barn has a heated and air-conditioned tack room with a bathroom.

We provide feed to maintain the proper weight of your horse. We currently have Triple Crown Senior Gold, Triple Crown Low Starch, Seminole Wellness Senior, Triple Crown rice bran, Seminole Equalizer, alfalfa pellets, timothy pellets, wheat bran, and beet pulp shreds. We provide Simplifly Feed-Thru Fly Control. We will add the supplements that you provide.

Full-time barn manager lives on-site. Outside trainers are welcome.

We only offer full board, $850/month. We do not offer pasture or partial board. We do not need any additional help at this time.

The barn is protected with 24-hour video surveillance. We live on the property, and someone is available at all times.... See More

We strive to give each horse the personalized attention he or she deserves. Horses are fed twice daily, including any supplements you wish to provide. We have four lush pastures, 15 acres in total. We also have two outdoor paddocks and two small indoor paddocks, both with free choice hay, perfect for horses in rehab or those that need individual or small group turn-out. Stalls are fully matted with automatic waters. We have two outdoor wash racks, four indoor grooming racks, arena with footing, oversized feed room, and multiple tack rooms. Outside trainers welcome.
