Horse stalls for rent in privately owned barn in Myakka Valley Ranches (Equestrian community located in Sarasota Fl), there are miles of deeded horse trails throughout the entire community. Currently has 3 well behaved horses on the property, one mare and two older geldings.

Two 12x12 stalls available
One extra large 12 x 18 breeding stall available, ideal for draft breeds or mom and baby.

5 separate paddocks
1 fenced training arena with jumps
Cross country jumps set up throughout the property
2 wash stations
12 x 12 Fully matted stalls each with a fan
Automatic waterers in each stall
Cross ties in the aisles
Owner lives on property and extra barn help lives 5 minutes away in case of emergencies
Horses get grain twice a day and hay up to 3-4 times a day depending on time of year.
Current horses are out during the day and stalled at night but can be set on your preferred schedule.
No extra charges for blanketing.
Stalls cleaned daily and manure is bagged to keep flies to a minimum
Extra charges for holding for farrier, vet visits and administering medications.
Barn hours are 6am - 8pm, gate is locked at night unless you ask owner for access
Open barn (no enclosed tack room yet) there are cubbies and shelving set up for your tack and personal items.
Access to trainers if needed but feel free to bring yours for lessons etc

$850 partial board - includes feeding 2x daily, cleaning stalls, shavings, blanketing and putting out to pasture, full access to arena and trails

Shamrock Lee Farms is a beautiful full service barn situated minutes from Downtown Sarasota and a stones throw away from the brand new University Town Center mall. European style fronts - Stalls are 12' X 14' with insect mister, ceiling fan, automatic waterer and an enclosed ceiling with a thermostatic controlled attic fan to keep barn cool. Center aisle is 14" wide - concrete with mats and cross ties. Each stall has an attached outside run that is 14' x 24' $900.00 .
