The following is included; (3) paddocks approximately 100x100 w/auto waterers, riding arena approximately 100x200 (groomed daily), 60' round pen, 30' clean RV w/queen bed, open floor plan, kitchen w/pots, pans, etc. a second RV hook up, fenced in dog pen, one larger barn w/cement floor and dog door to fenced in dog yard. Perfect for hay, shavings, etc. storage. Also included is a second smaller tool shed.

Property owners require them be named as additional insured and tenant is responsible for dumpster. All other utilities are included. Owners live on property in front secition. Back section of property is for lease. Grounds will be raked up for tenant prior to move in.... See More

All the amenities of first-class boarding, and an experienced and dedicated professional staff with owners living on property. The program features school horses, group instruction, and frequent participation in local schooling shows and rated shows. We also attend local, regional, and national horse trials.
