H&H Stables is open for business! This newly created stable is a piece of paradise and was built with your horses comfort in mind.

Only 3 horses will be accepted insuring quality individualized care.

Access the 6 mile Moon Loop trial in the Mark Twain National Forest right from the property, or ride in the 100x120 arena!
Barn members show regional and AQHA shows.

The newly constructed barn offers 12x12 stalls with built with ventilation and dryness in the design.
The flooring has a 4” base of crushed limestone covered with stall skins. They host bars and 3 sides so the horses can safely socialize and still have excellent airflow. Each stall is also equipped with a dutch door, that leads to a covered lean too and an individual run.
Stalls are cleaned daily and each stall has a fan (they love their fans!)


Nutrition: Research shows that a feeding continuous hay/grass is the best option for prevention of ulcers. In addition, riding on an empty stomach is detrimental to our horses.
We feed each horse 30 to 50 pounds (depending on size and weight needs) of quality grass hay in 4 feedings a day. They have 2 hours a day on fertilized, limed, mowed and weed free pastures. In the evening each horse is given mega cell- a vitamin designed for the horse on a hay/grass diet, as well as any supplements, feed, and meds that the owner provides.... See More

We offer stable and pasture boarding for either monthly or a layover? We have turn out pens, a round pen and a riding arena for the boarder's use. We are also located on over 4,000 acres of private land that has over 150 miles of marked trails. We have rental horses and a trail guide also available.
